Mold Remediation done with Care.

Our projects

Water Damage

Here we have a shower that had a small leak over time. The house is a vacation home and was used mostly in the summer. We removed the oak flooring and one layer of sub-floor. We then cleaned and treated the remaining sub-floor with antimicrobial solution. Half inch cement board was then installed (we prefer to use hardy board) and 2'x2' Italian Carrera marble was then installed. We also laid a subway style on the walls with2"x4" tiles capped with decorative trim.

Crawl Space Moisture Issues

New Construction. This was a developer that had water get into the crawl space under this building during the construction process. As a result, mold started to grow on some of the framing. The space to work in was around 4' high so we rolled around on dollies like or buddy's the mechanics do. After spraying and wiping the affected areas with antimicrobial we fogged the entire space. It is important to inspect new construction for mold and water damage before purchasing. These are issues that could make the home uninhabitable and or cost tens of thousands of dollars to remedy.
